  • Your Discord account's ID (from OAuth login).
  • Uploaded Cube Files (.txt) that you submit.
  • Your Discord Identifier (username and userID).
  • Timestamps (when you log in or submit text).
  • We do not collect your email, password, or any other private Discord information.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data to:

  • Authenticate you via Discord.
  • Link your uploaded content to your Discord ID.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase/Firestore.

  • We rely on Firebase's built-in security and encryption.
  • However, no method of online transmission is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Discord for OAuth authentication.
  • Google Firebase/Firestore for backend data storage.
  • These services may collect and process data as per their own privacy policies.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

  • You can delete your Cube Files (.txt) at any time using the Service. Click the Wastebin emoji to do this.
  • Even if all of your Cube Files (.txt) are deleted, an instance of your User Account will persists in our data storage.
  • If you wish to remove this as well, please contact an @Administrator of the Dungeon Duel Monsters Discord Server.

6. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for users under the age of 13.

  • We do not knowingly collect data from children.

    Terms of Service

    By accessing or using our site ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

    1. Use of the Service

    In order to use this Service, you must:

    • Be at least 13 years old
    • Log in with a valid Discord account.
    • Only upload content you own or have permission to post.

    2. User Content

    By using this service, you retain ownership of any Content you upload.

    • However, by uploading, you grant us permission to store and display it as well as your discord username/userID within the service, including but not limited to:
    • this Website (dungeonduelmonsters.com),
    • the Dungeon Duel Monsters Application
    • any APIs which connect to the App's database.

    3. Prohibited Activities

    By using this service, you agree not to:

    • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or abusive.
    • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the site.
    • Share other people’s personal data without permission.

    4. Account Termination

    We may suspend, ban, or delete your account if you violate these terms or use the service maliciously.

    5. Liability Disclaimer

    The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for:

    • Loss of data.
    • Downtime.
    • Damages from misuse of the service.

    6. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
